Reservation Policy:
A 24 hour notice is required to change your appointment. Please call me directly to cancel or email me at jenniferwallens@me.com.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note-you may reschedule your appointment if you need to cancel for yourself or you may transfer the reading to someone else you specify, but the prepaid fee is non-refundable.
Thank you for your understanding. However, If I have to reschedule your appointment due to an emergency I will refund your fee less any fees imposed by paypal if we are not able to reschedule at a mutually agreeable date.
Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your reading, within 15 minutes, you may then request a refund of 80 percent of the fee, at that time. At that time please note that twenty percent is non refundable if unsatisfied for services; as payment for booking/handling your appointment, and fees imposed by paypal etc.
Payment Policy:
Payment must be made in advance for all reservations of appointments for readings.
